Rental Terms and Conditions.
To all expired and to let the holiday undisturbed and to prevent ambiguities, we have established some rules. Registration and rent. When you know us our house for a certain time gives to want to hire, you will receive a confirmation form. The lease is effective once you have paid. 50% of the rent to us Payment of 50% of the rent must be made within 14 days of booking. The remainder of the rent we like to hold two weeks before the start of the rental period in us. If the booking takes place less than 14 days before the rental period, please send us the entire rent at least 7 days before the start of the rental period. By payment of 50% of the total rental price, you also agree to our Terms and Conditions Rental. On confirmation of your booking you will receive our same General Rental Conditions attached. Refund of rent paid is excluded. Cancellation. As owner we assume that you are managing a cancellation. Arrival and departure. You can involve your holiday after 15:00. The key can be picked up at Mr. Hanselman, Baksweg 4. To inform us after all to see, do, or possibly, to repair or supplement, please exit. Holiday home at 10:00 am on the day of departure clean the opportunity The key can be left at Mr. Hanselman, Baksweg 4. Deviations from these times are possible in consultation with Mr. Hanselman. Breakage and damage. We assume that you make of damage or loss of parts of the inventory. At Mr. Hanselman message Particulars. The yard is open and you may open the cows in the barn come and see. There are playgrounds and kick pedal karts and there is plenty of room to relax and romp. Pets considered. Bring linens. The rent is excluding linen. Besides towels, dish towels, sponges, etc. needed for 12 people. Bedding you Beds. All beds have duvets 1: 12 1 duvet covers. There are 2 double beds with 2 single mattresses 1 person: 4 pcs 1 person fitted sheets / under sheets. There are 4 single beds with mattresses 1 person: 4 pcs 1 person fitted sheets / under sheets. There is one 2 pers. bed with double mattresses 140×200: 1 pieces 2 person fitted sheets / under sheets. Furthermore, there is still a 1 person folding bed present. If you want the folding also will use a first person fitted sheet or bottom sheet and a duvet cover one person. Child and baby. There is 1 cot and 1 cot available that are equipped with a mattress with a fitted sheet. For the cots so you only top sheets and blankets or duvet with duvet cover bring. Your baby sleeps with a pillow head therefore bring a cushion itself. Complaints or tips. If, despite our care of the house, complaints or tips you think you have, we like to hear from you.
